All good things come to those who wait.. thankfully we don’t need to wait too much longer! We’ve had a few delays but can finally confirm our move has been scheduled for..

What you need to know?
The new complex is approximately 3 times the size of our current facility & is still located within The Mercure on Main Road. When you drive in the main entrance, you currently follow the road around the lake on the left & cross a creek on your right to which you then take another left. Instead you will turn right after the creek. Hotel signage will be updated when the time comes.
Treatments will be scheduled as normal until 5pm Friday April 27. We will be closed from Saturday April 28, to move equipment across & setup, as well as inducting staff on all new policies & procedures. We will re open for treatments 9am Friday May 4.
We will be on the look out for new staff members to join our team in both administration & therapist roles, so if you have a therapist background, have impeccable grooming & can deliver outstanding customer service we want to hear from you! We will be re-branding, with a new logo to reflect our new premises.
Whilst our main product range Thalgo will remain in stock we will be introducing some new product ranges for both face & body. For this reason a clearance sale is now on in Spa only with a lot of stock reduced to clear (save 50% on Ginger&ME, Issada & select Thalgo, AlphaH products).
We will be launching a brand new treatment menu with new treatments, packages & pricing. Our current menu & pricing applies only to our current facility. Our new menu will be released online Saturday April 28.
If you have an outstanding voucher for a specified treatment or package, please be advised it is valid for use in our current premises. After the move, your voucher will revert back to the dollar value it was purchased for & able to be used towards the new treatment menu. We strongly recommend all gift voucher purchases from this point forward are for a dollar amount to avoid any confusion for the receiver.
