The Sanctuary
To assist with management & flow in common areas such as change rooms, we only accept casual access bookings 24 hours prior as clients having treatments will be given priority.
The Sanctuary is a dedicated therapeutic area for communal use for both men & women including hydrotherapy & sauna.
Our heated hydrotherapy pool was custom made with 6 individually controlled jets per person & can seat 11 people comfortably.
Our dry heat sauna with wood stove allows you to increase the temperature to your own desire. The floor to ceiling glass opens the space allowing you to enjoy the view & ensure you don’t feel boxed in. Benefits of sauna include increased circulation & metabolism, toxin release, increased flexibility, muscle recovery as well as overall relaxation.

Single Access when having a Spa Treatment
For the comfort of all spa guests, swimwear is required when using this area. You will be provided with a locker, towel, robe & sanitised souls thongs during your visit along with amenities provided in the change rooms. We advise you do not bring valuables with you as we cannot be responsible if they are lost or stolen. Mobile phones are not permitted in The Sanctuary & we ask you respect the privacy of all clients bathing. Spa guests must be aged 16 years or over. No outside food or drink is permitted. Filtered water is available inside The Sanctuary.
Sanctuary Access Passes
Our pre-paid Sanctuary Access Passes are ideal if you want to use the Spa & Sauna on a regular basis, reducing the casual access rate. These prepaid sessions are valid for a short period & ideal for users wanting to bath weekly.

Private Bathing
Relax in a beautiful warm bath enriched with your chosen bath tonic. Our dual bathing room means you can bathe with a friend or loved one, but choose your own individual bath tonic. Perfect prior to a treatment, in conjunction with The Sanctuary or on its own. Private Bathing includes access to the relaxation lounge & herbal teas.
Our bath tonics are rich in magnesium which can assist to relieve muscle cramps & spasms, promote relaxation to enhance better quality sleep whilst relieving nervous tension & reducing headaches. Our Spa Attendant will guide you through a variety of bath tonics for you to choose a blend that appeals to you on the day.
