- We are unable to perform facial services or any service that requires you to remove your mask, such as lip & chin waxing.
- No group bookings – maximum 2ppl per booking. This is so we can control flow of clients in & around the Spa & ensure strict numbers are adhered to.
- All treatments will be performed in separate rooms, this includes our pedicure lounge which for the time being will be single use only.

Our Spa Team is available to assist you at all times during opening hours via phone or email. Unfortunately we cannot assist you with bookings via text or our Facebook page. If our phone rings out or goes through to message bank, it is simply because we are on another call. Please leave a message & we will be in contact shortly.
A deposit or gift voucher number is required to secure all bookings more than 2hrs in duration or greater than $100 value.
Upon booking we ask you provide us with your mobile telephone number, this ensures our booking system can send you a reminder text 48hrs prior to your appointment. You won’t receive a reminder text if you have made your appointment with less than 48hrs notice.
Please provide at least 24hrs notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment time. We reserve the right to apply a surcharge to gift vouchers should you fail to provide adequate notice. No shows will result in the voucher or deposit being forfeited.
