  • The Sanctuary – hydrotherapy & sauna is available for casual access
    (please note we only accept casual access bookings 24hrs prior)
  • Masks are still required to be worn into the Spa & your therapist will advise when it can be removed in the treatment room. You are able to remove your mask for the full duration of your treatment.

From October 30, government mandates require all clients to be fully vaccinated. If this is an issue, we advise holding off on booking until we are aware of when we are able to treat everyone regardless of their vaccination status.

Please note, with the exception of some minor waxing appointments we are now FULLY BOOKED for the remainder of 2021

We recommend booking:
3-4 weeks in advance for weekday appointments – next availability week commencing Tuesday January 4, 2022
6-8 weeks in advance for weekends/evenings  – weekends & evenings fully booked for the remainder of 2021, please book now for January/February

Booking Policy

Our Spa Team is available to assist you at all times during opening hours via phone or email. Unfortunately we cannot assist you with bookings via text or our Facebook page. If our phone rings out or goes through to message bank, it is simply because we are on another call. Please leave a message & we will be in contact shortly.


A deposit or gift voucher number is required to secure all bookings more than 2hrs in duration or greater than $100 value.

Reminder Text

Upon booking we ask you provide us with your mobile telephone number, this ensures our booking system can send you a reminder text 48hrs prior to your appointment. You won’t receive a reminder text if you have made your appointment with less than 48hrs notice.


Please provide at least 24hrs notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment time. We reserve the right to apply a surcharge to gift vouchers should you fail to provide adequate notice. No shows will result in the voucher or deposit being forfeited.
