PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR BOOKING REQUEST:

- At this stage we are only open to clients who reside in regional Victoria – please ensure you have your driver’s license available.
- The Sanctuary – hydrotherapy & sauna is not available for casual access whilst the 10 client cap is in place
(expected to ease late October in which will then revert to accepting casual access bookings 24hrs prior)
- Masks still need to be worn into the Spa & your therapist will advise when it can be removed in the treatment room. You are able to remove your mask for the duration of your treatment which means facials & lower face waxing are now permitted.
- We will not be taking group bookings for the remainder of 2021

We recommend booking:
7-10 days in advance for weekday appointments – next availability week commencing October 4, 2021
4-6 weeks in advance for weekends/evenings – next weekend availability November 7, 2021

Our Spa Team is available to assist you at all times during opening hours via phone or email. Unfortunately we cannot assist you with bookings via text or our Facebook page. If our phone rings out or goes through to message bank, it is simply because we are on another call. Please leave a message & we will be in contact shortly.
A deposit or gift voucher number is required to secure all bookings more than 2hrs in duration or greater than $100 value.
Upon booking we ask you provide us with your mobile telephone number, this ensures our booking system can send you a reminder text 48hrs prior to your appointment. You won’t receive a reminder text if you have made your appointment with less than 48hrs notice.
Please provide at least 24hrs notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment time. We reserve the right to apply a surcharge to gift vouchers should you fail to provide adequate notice. No shows will result in the voucher or deposit being forfeited.
