  • The Sanctuary – hydrotherapy & sauna has reopened to a reduced capacity.
    Please note casual access will only be permitted to book on the day as clients having treatments will be given priority while we continue to control flow of clients through common areas including change rooms.
  • All services are now available, including facials & lower face waxing.
  • We are accepting bookings of no more that 4ppl within one group. This is so we can control flow of clients in & around the Spa & ensure strict numbers are adhered to.
  • Our dual treatment rooms are now available to book, this includes our pedicure lounge which will be available for 2 friends to book. We will however not be seating 2 strangers together in the pedicure lounge.


Please note we are currently experiencing high demand for all bookings!
We recommend booking 2-3 weeks in advance for weekdays – we are currently fully booked until March 9, 2021.
We recommend booking 6-8 weeks in advance for weekends  – we are currently booked through to after Easter weekend – next availability April 10/11, 2021.

Booking Policy

Our Spa Team is available to assist you at all times during opening hours via phone or email. Unfortunately we cannot assist you with bookings via text or our Facebook page. If our phone rings out or goes through to message bank, it is simply because we are on another call. Please leave a message & we will be in contact shortly.


A deposit or gift voucher number is required to secure all bookings more than 2hrs in duration or greater than $100 value.

Reminder Text

Upon booking we ask you provide us with your mobile telephone number, this ensures our booking system can send you a reminder text 48hrs prior to your appointment. You won’t receive a reminder text if you have made your appointment with less than 48hrs notice.


Please provide at least 24hrs notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment time. We reserve the right to apply a surcharge to gift vouchers should you fail to provide adequate notice. No shows will result in the voucher or deposit being forfeited.
